Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al Thani, Chief Executive Officer of the Qatar Media, affirmed that the Qatar News Agency (QNA) website has been hacked. He said in a statement on his Twitter account that a false statement attributed to his highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has been published and that QNA website is hacked.
