Bahrain’s Prosecution Reiterates Demand to Issue Maximum Penalty against Opposition Leader

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Public Prosecution, in its plea presented before the court on Monday (December 14, 2015), reiterated all the charges brought against the opposition leader Sheikh Ali Salman, demanding that the appeals court convicts Salman and issues the maximum penalty against him.
The prosecution further stated in its plea that Sheikh Ali Salman promoted the overthrow of the regime by force and illegal means, called for a democratic monarchy, described security forces as resembling ISIS and Takfiri groups and incited [hatred] against some naturalized citizens, implying that they could be taken out of the country in coffins.
