Bahrain Announces Total Ban on All Travelers who have Visited China within 14 Days

Bahrain Mirror: Rashid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, announced that the ministry, in coordination with the Ministry of Health, has activated several procedures related to arrivals to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
He explained that all foreign visitors who have visited the People's Republic of China 14 days prior to their date of arrival in Bahrain would be banned from entering the Kingdom. He added that Bahraini citizens, citizens of GCC countries, and Bahraini residents who have visited the People's Republic of China within 14 days of arriving in Bahrain would be required to undergo medical examinations recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).
