Bahrain Mirror: News reports are stating that the women's sections in public mosques and religious centers in Bahrain are being closed, following the Imam Hussein Mosque bomb attack in the Saudi Arabia's Dammam. Mo'men Mosque in the Bahraini capital, Manama, was the first to close the prayer section dedicated to women.

The administration of Imam Sadiq Mosque in Diraz announced "the closure of the women's section in the mosque until further notice because of the current circumstances in the region and due to current repairs and maintenance."

It is noteworthy that the worshipers who were praying in the Imam Hussein Mosque survived a potential massacre, since the terrorist who was sent by the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS) was disguised as a woman and aimed at entering the women's section and detonating the bomb there. However, since that section was closed he blew himself up in the parking lot near the mosque, which left four martyrs dead.

Observers praised the decision to close the women's section in Dammam's Imam Hussein Mosque that was made by Sayed Ali Nasser as a precautionary measure after the bomb attack on Imam Ali Mosque in Al-Qadih (Saudi Arabia's Qatif) which took place the week before. The residents of the Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia say that if it wasn't for this man's wisdom, the explosion would have left dozens or hundreds killed. The suicide bomber was planning to enter the women's section in the second floor of the mosque and if he blew himself up there, then the mosque would have collapsed over the worshipers.
