Bahrain Mirror: Bahraini lawyer Abdullah Al-Shamlawi stated that Bahrain's Court of Cassation scheduled February 1, 2016 for reconsidering the cassation case No. 204/2015 to detain Sheikh Mohammad Ali Al-Mahfouz. "We received a report sealed as urgent", he explained.
It is noteworthy that Al-Mahfouz finishes his prison term in June. Bahrain's Court of Appeals had commuted the sentence against Al-Mahfouz from 10 to 5 years over a case known as the "Islamic Action Society (Amal) prominent members" case.
