Bahrain Mirror: The British police arrested two Bahraini human rights activists who were attempting to protest at a horse racing track against the participation of a Bahraini prince accused of torturing politicians. Activists Saber Al-Salatina and Isa Al-Ali were arrested while attending Windsor race in the United Kingdom.

Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, who is accused of torturing detainees following the 2011 events, participated in the 120 Km Windsor Royal Endurance Race along with 13 horsemen from Gulf and European countries.

The "Bahrain Alyoum" website reported that "the British police arrested the activists from inside the race track," adding that "a large number of policemen surrounded them" before arresting them. The charges to be brought against them are still unknown.

The British authorities had prevented a number of Bahraini activists, who have been granted political asylum, from staging a protest outside the track.
