Bahrain Mirror: The family of kidnapped Bahraini citizen, Sayed Alawi Sayed Hussein, denied receiving any call from the National Institute for Human Rights, contrary to a statement announced by the latter. The family confirmed that they have not received any call from any governmental body in regards to Sayed Alawi's disappearance.

In response to the National Institute for Human Right's statement, the family said the institute was avoiding the unveiling of his humanitarian case, and falsely claimed that it called his family and told his wife that is at the Dry Dock Prison. On this level, the family's statement stressed that the Dry Dock Prison denied the presence of Sayed Alawi in its premises, and refused to take clothes for him from the family twice.

The family called on all the Bahrainis to speak up if they have any information about him, to help them find him.

The National Institute for Human Rights had issued a statement recently claiming that his wife received a call from the General Directorate for criminal investigation and evidence, which reported that her husband is held at the pretrial Dry Dock detention center.

Sayed Alawi Moussawi was abducted from his office on October 24, 2016, before his communication with his family was cut off.
