Bahrain Mirror: The Fifth High Criminal Court adjourned the case of prominent Bahraini human rights activist Nabeel Rajab until March 22, 2017, to listen to the investigations officer's testimony. Rajab's lawyer would also be given a copy of interviews conducted by the investigations officer on a flash memory, concerning the case of spreading false news, insulting a foreign country, and insulting the Ministry of Interior, via twitter.

During yesterday's session (Wednesday February 22, 2017), videos for Rajab's interviews were played in his presence, after which his lawyer, Mohammad al-Jishi, asked for a copy of the displayed media, and for the translation of "tweets" presented to the court.

The Public Prosecution presented in the previous session a technical report stating that it had confiscated in Rajab's custody a laptop and an "iPhone 6". As they unloaded the content of these devices, the Prosecution said they found a group of emails and accounts, among them a "Twitter" account for Nabeel Rajab, which the defense team stressed is not linked to their defendant.
