Interior Ministry Closes down Farm Branches over Tampering with Milk Expiry Dates

Bahrain Mirror: The head of the General Directorate of Criminal Investigations and Evidence stated that the criminal investigations police force confiscated a farm in the Muqaba area, after discovering that the farm managers tampered with the expiry dates of their products. They restocked and reintroduced expired or nearly expired milk to the market as fresh milk, he explained.
General director further declared that according to public prosecution's decision, all branches of the farm have been closed down, adding that all necessary legal measures are being taken before referring the case to the prosecution.
