Bahrain NIHR Says it Didn’t Receive Complaints from Families Harmed by Qatar Rift

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini National Institute for Human Rights (NIHR) confirmed that it hasn't received any complaints from any Bahraini or residing family, as a result of cutting diplomatic ties with Qatar.
The NIHR, whose members are appointed by a royal decree, stated that in case it received any complaint, it will work upon it by law, international regulations, and its entitled authorities.
It added that reports mentioning the repercussions of cutting ties between both countries is not true, stressing that there are no human rights repercussion so far.
It further hoped that the issue is responsibly discussed without any exaggeration that would reflect certain political trends, which do not serve human rights.
