Appeal: 1 to 3 of Prison for Traffic Employees Accused of Forging Accident Report to Receive Compensation

Bahrain Mirror: The Supreme Court of Appeal ruled in favor of a 1-year prison verdict against a traffic department employee, and a 3-year prison verdict against a traffic officer, along with another, in a case linked to forging accident papers, to gain insurance compensation.
The Public Prosecution accused the three defendants, that on May 6, 2015, they forged the papers of a car accident, to add false information and falsify the truth of the accident. They are accused of deceiving an insurance company to benefit from the compensation of this accident.
