Court Hands down 6-Month Jail Term to 2 suspects, 1-Year Jail Term to Third Suspect over Assembling in Tubli

Bahrain Mirror: The Fourth High Criminal Court presided over by judge Ali Khalifa Al-Dhahrani and memberships of judges Ousama Al-Shathili and Wael Ibrahim and Ahmad Al-Suleiman as a secretariat sentenced the third suspect to one year in prison over assembling in Tubli, blocking the street with trees and setting a water tank to fire. The court sentenced the first and second suspects with mercy, handing them 6 months in prison.
The Public Prosecution accused the suspects of deliberately setting fire, along with other unknowns, on January 14, 2017 that would put people's lives and money to danger, taking part, along with other unknowns, in an assembly of more than 5 persons, aiming at disrupting public peace and acquiring Molotov, aiming at using them to put people's lives and money to risk.
