MoIC Cancels Commercial Registries with Over 1-Year of Unjustified Inactivity

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini government stated that the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MoIC), on its behalf, is currently canceling all commercial registries that are not renewed, and have not practiced their activities for over 1 calendar year, without any reasonable justification.
It clarified that this step is based on Article (13) of the Decree Law no. (27) of 2015, pertinent to the commercial registry. Moreover, it indicated that there will no longer be inactive or not renewed, there will only be removed registries, which can be reactivated, after paying all fees and delay fines if applicable.
