Al-Wefaq Leader Ali Al-Aswad: Our Demands Outlined in the Manama Document Will Carry on

Bahrain Mirror: The prominent opposition leader and former Al-Wefaq MP Ali Al-Aswad said that the political work will continue until people's demands outlined the Manama document, presented by the opposition as a project to put an end to the political crisis in Bahrain, are achieved.
Al-Aswad condemned in tweets on his own Twitter account what he called "the authority's illusion to end the demands through arresting democracy seekers and punishing everyone who speaks out about national partnership."
"The authority fails to submit a draft for a political solution and it underestimates the demands," Al-Aswad further stated, stressing that the authority will not stop avoiding the political due demanded by Bahrainis."
Leader Ali Al-Aswad stated in his tweets that the authorities "historically suffer from a phobia of being accused by the opposition of being affiliated to foreign countries and these accusations started from Russia, Egypt and then Iran. Today, the authorities are using their rift with Qatar in the same way."
