Bahrain Mirror: The second channel on Israeli television said on Saturday (December 9, 2017) that an official delegation from Bahrain comprising 24 persons began a four-day official visit to Israel.
The delegation, which toured in Jerusalem accompanied by a staff from the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, included Sunni and Shiite clerics as well as representatives from the minor religions in Bahrain and expatriates.
Israeli media said that Bahrain's condemnation to Trump's speech regarding recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital did not hinder the Bahraini official delegation from reaching Tel Aviv.
It also stressed that the delegation's visit was made by a direct consent from the king.
Cleric Fadel Fatil said in televised statement that the delegation came to Israel to deliver a message of peace from the King.
