King Hamad Tells US Officials that Settlement of Qatari Crisis Lies in Riyadh

Bahrain Mirror: King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa said on Tuesday (March 6, 2018) that the settlement of the Qatari crisis lies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This took place while receiving retired General Anthony Zinni, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Arabian Gulf Affairs in the Near East Bureau at the U.S. Department of State, Timothy Lenderking.
Hamad, whose country hosts the Fifth US Fleet, commended the US dedicated efforts and pivotal role in maintaining the pillars of global security, stability and peace.
Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Emirates and Egypt are boycotting Qatar and imposing economic sanctions on it.
The US President Donald Trump is to meet Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Emirati Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed and Qatar's Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani amid US efforts to try to resolve the dispute.
