Bahrain Mirror: The door for running in the elections of the new board of directors of the Bahrain Medical Society 2018-2020, scheduled to be held on April 7 at the Society headquarters in Joufir, was closed on Monday (March 26, 2018).

The chairman of the Society Mohammed Abdullah Rafie said in a press statement that "the candidacy door for the elections of the Bahraini Medical Society was closed on Monday, March 26."

Dr. Rafie called on all members to attend the General Assembly to complete the quorum of doctors in order to render the electoral process successful.

It is noteworthy that the number of Society members amounts to 1,068, including 758 Bahrainis.
