Bahrain Mirror: The Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Jubeir said Qatar should pay for US military presence in Syria.
The statement by the Minister came in response to statements made by US President Donald Trump and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron.
Jubeir, whose government has been boycotting Qatar since last June, further stated that: "Qatar has to pay for US military presence in Syria and send its military forces there, before the US president cancels US protection of Qatar," defining this protection as "the presence of a US military base on its territory".
The Minister stressed that if US withdraws base in Qatar, the regime in Doha "would fall in less than a week"
