Bahrain Mirror: The Fourth Minor Criminal Court fined the former Shura Council member and head of Bahrain Human Rights Watch Society, Faisal Foulaz, 200 BD over charge of launching a campaign against "BAS" company, accusing it of preferring foreign employees to Bahrainis.
The Public Prosecution accused Foulaz of attributing a case against "BAS" company that would subject it to contempt and deliberately causing inconvenience to others through misusing means of communication.
Foulaz had launched a campaign on Twitter under the title of "Enough BAS" and "Bahraini Company Prefers Foreigners" and claimed that the company prefers foreign employees to Bahrainis. He also issued a press release related to the same issue which included abuses to "BAS" company and circulated it through WhatsApp, on social media outlets and Instagram via his own account and an account managed by him for the society he heads.
