Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's Judicial Committee for the Settlement of Stalled Real Estate Projects said that what was published in a local newspaper about the imminent sale of the Sunset Hills and Marina West projects at auction was false, adding that no decisions had been issued to date on the sale of the two projects.
In a statement, the Committee called on newspapers and the media to take information from correct sources in order to preserve the rights of all contributors to these projects and not to publish any information concerning the projects unless from statements issued by them.
It further stated that it was studying the projects presented to it and taking appropriate decisions in order to preserve the creditors' rights and would announce them in due course.
