Al-Wefaq: New Government Cloned from Previous Governments, Involved in Large Corruption Cases

Bahrain Mirror: The Al-Wefaq National Islamic Society said in a statement on Wednesday (November 5, 2018) that the Bahraini regime has appointed another government, which was cloned from previous governments, almost identically with a minor change. This government has not changed in form or content since the establishment of the modern state of Bahrain.
"The formation of the government was a continuation of the parliamentary elections play. The most prominent part of it was the political isolation and the rejection of the people's partnership in decision-making to reaffirm that the regime is suffering from internal and external crises that made its institutions incapable, rigid and unable to cope with the needs of the country and the citizen," it added.
Al-Wefaq asserted that the government of Bahrain today is moving without a vision or a program that contributes to the revitalization of the economic situation or takes care of the citizens' political, social and service interests.
It added that the government's only mission is to regulate the accumulation of political and economic failure and to seek ways to compensate all those failures from the pockets of the citizens. Al-Wefaq also said that the government burdens the citizens with all the crises that it inflate such as the political crisis.
The society further stressed that the absence of the popular will from forming the government, weakening the parliament to the extent of making its existence the same as its absence, managing all the country's affairs by a security grip, and using all the state institutions and bodies, including the judiciary, to serve the security grip are irrational actions, with which the country does not become stable.
Al-Wefaq said that these successive governments that are re-appointed are involved in large corruption cases, parts of which have been revealed by the National Audit Office over many years and there hasn't been any accountability.
