Saudi Crown Prince to Asharq Al-Awsat: Saudi Arabia Doesn’t Want War in the Region

Bahrain Mirror: "Saudi Arabia does not want a war in the region but will not hesitate to deal with any threat to its people and sovereignty," Saudi Crown Prince Prince Mohammad bin Salman told Asharq Al-Awsat daily newspaper.
Attacks on two oil tankers on Thursday in the Gulf of Oman raised fears of a wider confrontation in the region. The UAE blamed the attacks on Iran. Iran has denied any role in the attacks, which took place south of the Strait of Hormuz.
