Bahraini Foreign Affairs Minister Meets US Officials

Bahrain Mirror: Bahraini Minister of Foreign Affairs Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa arrived in Washington, where he met officials, particularly his US counterpart Mike Pompeo, US National Security Advisor John Bolton and prominent supporters to wage war against Iran.
Pompeo said in a tweet that he discussed maritime security and countering the Iran regime's destabilizing activity, as well as religious freedoms in Bahrain.
He also met US National Security Advisor John Bolton who expressed his appreciation to Bahrain's hosting of the economic workshop on "Deal of the Century", stressing that Washington will continue its efforts to confront the Iranian threats in the region.
Khalid Al Khalifa also held meetings with Assistant Secretary of Near Eastern Affairs David Schenker, US Senate Foreign Relations Committee Jim Risch and participated in a panel discussion organized by the Atlantic Council in Washington on regional issues.
