USCIRF Concerned about Preventing Shia Prisoners' Access to Religious Books in Prison

Bahrain Mirror: United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) expressed its concern by reports that the Bahraini government is preventing Shia prisoners' access to prayer books and other religious texts in its prisons.
It stressed on Thursday (August 22, 2019) this is contrary to Bahrain's international human rights commitments.
