Isolation Prisoners in Danger, Attacked by Foreign Prisoners while Prison Administration Turns Blind Eye

Bahrain Mirror (Exclusive): The isolated political prisoners are being held with other prisoners, who are not only charged with totally different cases (drugs, prostitution, murder, joining ISIS, theft...) and don't share the same language or culture, but who also have a behavior that harms the inmates in the same cell, and some even pose a real threat to the political prisoners.
A Syrian-national convict attacked on Sunday (August 25, 2019) prisoner Ali Laith in isolation building number 1 while he was asleep. Human rights activist Ibtisam Al-Saegh says that the Syrian prisoner attacked Ali as he was sleeping with a sharp tool which made him lose consciousness. Ali woke up to find himself drowning in his own blood and in the prison clinic.
Ali Laith is sentenced to 10 years in prison. He has served 6 years of his prison term and was transferred to the isolation prison four months ago, during the month of Ramadan, without any reasonable justification. He submitted a request to the prison administration to return him to his previous place of imprisonment with political prisoners, but the administration ignored his demand. Al-Saegh says that this is not the first time he was attacked. Ali reported to the prison administration the harassment he is being subjected to by the prisoners, but it was ignored.
Ali Laith is not the only victim in isolation prison. Prisoner Yousif Al-Aradi, in building 13, prison cell 1, was beaten by his Bengali fellow inmates. Another prisoner in isolation referred to as (A.I) in building 12, prison cell 1, was also assaulted by a group of Pakistani prisoners.
How can a number of isolation prisoners be beaten by foreign prisoners from different communities? How does the prison administration allow this to happen without punishing these prisoners? How do non-Bahraini prisoners dare to attack Bahrainis had not they known that the prison administration doesn't care about what happens to them [Bahraini prisoners]? Perhaps the prison administration wants this to happen or even encourages it.
