Higher Education Monitors 60 Forged Certificates, 40 Others Suspected to be False

Bahrain Mirror: Assistant General Secretariat for Evaluation and Accreditation Mona Al-Balooshi said that the Secretariat monitored 60 forged certificates and 40 others certificates suspected to be false, adding that these certificated were submitted to the competent authorities. Meanwhile, the National Committee monitored 9 other cases.
She added that the phenomenon of counterfeiting is global, and that 12.88% of these certificates, the highest rate, were from China, followed by Russia by 6%, India 5% and Britain 2%. Meanwhile, less of 5% of them were from Bahrain.
