Bahrain Mirror: Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa issued a decision to de-list a special notary, on the recommendation of the Disciplinary Committee.

In the same context, the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution announced that a lawyer had been suspended from profession for nine years.

According to the declaration published in the Official Gazette, the Bar Disciplinary Board decided by majority opinion to punish the defendant lawyer, and the Appellate Board decided to accept the appeals in form, reject it in subject and uphold the appealed verdicts.
