Committee for Settlement of Stalled Real Estate Projects Sets Nov. 28 as Date to Distribute Money of "Amwaj Gateway" to Creditors

Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's Judicial Committee for the Settlement of Stalled Real Estate Projects, presided over by Judge Mahmoud Arabi Mohammad Hashem, and the memberships of Mohammad Mirza Aman, Judge Amal Ahmad Ebel, Abdullah Taleb, Aref Rahimi, and with the secretariat headed by Nawfal Busheet, decided to set November 28, 2019 as a date to distribute the gains of "Amwaj Gateway" projects to creditors.
The committee said in a statement today that it decided to distribute the proceeds of the sale of "Amwaj Gateway" project to the buyer of the units of the project, and that the proceeds will be distributed on November 28, at the committee's headquarters, fifth floor, in the Ministry of Justice building. The Committee also indicated that ownership of the project had previously been transferred free of any debts and mortgages to Amwaj Import Company, the company on which the sale was based at the auction.
