10-Year-Old Boy Arrested for One Week over Assembly Charge

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini security authorities arreseted Amin Ali Rida (10 years) from Al-Markh over assembly charge, social media activists said.
Activist Ibtisam Al-Saegh said the boy was arrested on Friday (February 14) at 4 p.m. and was taken to the police station.
"The police station called his father at 12 a.m. to receive a pledge to take his son on Sunday (February 16, 2020) to the public prosecution. However, the prosecution decided to arrest him for one week," she said.
The family was allowed to meet the child for only 15 minutes.
