Death of Expatriate Male Brings Bahrain's Coronavirus Death Toll to 8

Bahrain Mirror: The Ministry of Health announced the death of a 36-year-old expatriate male, a registered active case of Coronavirus (COVID-19) suffering from underlying and chronic health problems.
The deceased male had been placed in isolation and received extensive 24-hour treatment from a specialized medical team.
Bahrain detected a total of 71 new coronavirus. Out of the 71 new cases, 48 cases were of expat workers, 16 cases of contacts, and 7 cases from abroad. The ministry also announced the recovery of 56 additional cases.
The ministry said the 48 cases of expatriates were monitored after 3,510 laboratory tests were conducted in the last 24 hours, as part of the proactive campaigns for expatriates in their homes.
