King Hamad Issues 13 Edicts before Leaving for the Emirates

Bahrain Mirror: King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued on Monday (February 15, 2021) 13 royal decrees before leaving for the Emirates.
While the decrees were being published by the Bahrain News Agency, the Emirates News Agency announced the arrival of the Bahraini king to its territories to spend a "private vacation".
Listed below are the decrees:
King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued decree (10) of 2021, relieving all Prime Minister's advisors of their posts.
He also issued decree (11) of 2021 establishing and organizing the Prime Minister's Office.
The decree stipulates the establishment of the "Prime Minister's Office", thus rescinding decree (53) of 2020 on restructuring the Prime Minister's Court and decree (22) of 2016 on restructuring the First Deputy Prime Minister's Office. Any text that contradicts the provisions of this decree shall also be repealed.
King Hamad issued decree (12) of 2021, renaming and transferring the Civil Service Bureau (CSB) affiliation.
Under the decree the Civil Service Bureau (CSB) shall be renamed as "Civil Service Agency (CSA) and affiliated with the Civil Service Council (CSC).
Any text that contradicts the provisions of this decree shall also be repealed.
The king issued decree (13) of 2021, restructuring the Cabinet General Secretariat. The Decree (36) of 2020 on restructuring the Cabinet General Secretariat shall thus be rescinded. Any text that contradicts the provisions of this decree shall also be repealed.
Hamad bin Isa issued decree (14) of 2021, appointing Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki as Prime Minister's Office director-general and Cabinet General Secretary.
King Hamad issued decree (15) of 2021, making the following appointments at the Prime Minister's Office:
1. Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, director general for policies and coordination
2. Hamad Yacoub Al Mahameed, Undersecretary for Research and Projects
3. Mariam Adnan Al Ansari, Assistant Undersecretary for Projects
4. Sara Ahmed Bouhejji, Assistant Undersecretary for Media and Communication
5. Mounira Ahmed Fakhri, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Services
6. Zeyad Adel Derouiche, Assistant Undersecretary for Development Government's Performance
7. Amna Ali Al Arayyad, Assistant Undersecretary for Research and Studies.
He also issued decree (16) of 2021, making the following appointments at the Cabinet General Secretariat:
1. Mai Mohammed Ashoor, Assistant Secretary General for Committees and Follow-up.
2. Fatima Abdul Ghani Ismail, Assistant Secretary-General for Resources and Session Management
King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued decree (17) of 2021, restructuring the Ministry of Finance and National Economy. Decree (1) of 2019 on restructuring the Ministry of Finance and National Economy shall thus be rescinded. An Edict regulating the joint financial services shall be issued by the Civil Service Council (CSC) Chairman, based on a proposal from the Civil Service Bureau and the Ministry of Finance and National Economy, in a manner that does not contradict the terms of reference stipulated by law for each party.
The king issued decree (18) of 2021, making the following appointments at the Ministry of Finance and National Economy:
1. Amna Ahmed Rashid Al Romaihi, Undersecretary for National Economy.
2. Noor Ali Sultan Al Khalif, Assistant Undersecretary for Economic Affairs.
3. Osama Saleh Hashem Al Alawi, Assistant Undersecretary for Competitiveness and Economic Indicators.
Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued decree (19) of 2021, amending provisions of decree (84) of 2016 establishing the National Communication Centre (NCC).
Under the amended decree the National Communication Centre (NCC) shall be affiliated with the Prime Minister's Office director general. Any text that contradicts the provisions of this decree shall also be repealed.
He also issued decree (20) of 2021, appointing Ahmed Khalid Al Oraifi as National Communication Centre (NCC) Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
The king issued decree (21) of 2021, amending article 1 of Decree (35) of 2016 on establishing the High Committee for Urban Planning.
The paragraph (chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister) shall replace the paragraph (chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister), cited at the beginning of article 1 of decree (35) of 2016 on establishing the High Committee for Urban Planning.
Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued decree (22) of 2021, amending Decree (69) of 2014 on restructuring the Ministry of Interior.
Under the amended decree, the Interior Ministry's Court General Directorate shall be replaced by the General Directorate for Interior Ministry's Affairs.
The king issued decree (23) of 2021, on restructuring the Foreign Ministry.
Decree (68) of 2016 on restructuring the Foreign Ministry shall be rescinded.
