Bahrain Mirror: The Al-Ayyam newspaper published a piece of news on Sunday (May 30, 2021) on directives issued by the Royal Court and a circulation on hanging photos of the King and Crown Prince in governmental ministries and institutions.
The circulation issued by the Crown Prince Office said that based on directives of Royal Court, the flowing instructions should be followed: the photo of the King shall be hanged alone in the main site and that of the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister shall be hanged in another suitable place in offices and reception and meeting halls.
Pursuant to this circulation, the photo of the late PM Khalifa bin Salman, who passed away in November 2020, shall be removed from all the official institutions. His photos will be then automatically removed from all private and public offices, banks and institutions.
It is strange that the circulation issued by the PM office specified the sizes of the royal photos. This means that the size of the King's photo to be hanged in official offices and institutions will be changed, as it will be bigger than that of the PM.
