Bahrain Mirror: The Third High Criminal Court acquitted on Monday, September 18, 2023, the owner of "Disney Nursery" of charges brought against her by the Ministry of Education, including "defamation and contempt."

Following the court's decision, many nursery employees demanded that they return to their jobs, especially since the ministry has not employed any of them to date, but rather the nursery director sought to employ them in different places.

For its part, the ministry said, in a statement, that it has appealed the lawsuit against "Disney Nursery", and asserted that "the closure decision remains in force until the end of all stages of litigation."
