Saudi authorities have released the brother of billionaire Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal after nearly a year in detention, family members said Saturday, as the kingdom faces international pressure over journalist Jamal Khashoggi's murder.

Saudi Sabq Online Newspaper reported that the Al Arab news channel has shut down permanently, after a series of failures the channels faced after its broadcast was stopped in Bahrain, 1 day after its launch in February 2015.
